Duties
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety for individuals receiving treatment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene as needed.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in patient care or as a caregiver is preferred; experience in hospice or home community care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications as mandated by healthcare regulations
