Job Summary
Rose Custom Cabinets is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team. We specialize in high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC router for custom cabinetry and millwork
- Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
- Create and modify CNC programs for production
- Set up tooling, materials, and machine parameters
- Load, run, and monitor CNC jobs
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
- Perform basic CNC maintenance and keep work area organized
- Work closely with our engineering and production teams
Qualifications
- CNC programming and operating experience required
- Cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read shop drawings and understand cabinet construction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- V-Carve and/or Mozaik experience is a plus
- Dependable and able to work independently
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
