About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy problem solving and a work day that always brings new challenges, this is the job for you! You'll perform diagnostics and repairs of computer servers and networks, routine computer network monitoring and maintenance, as well as other duties as assigned. As Senior Information Technology Specialist you'll be go-to for the technical team, leading the technicians in applying advanced strategies to deliver outstanding services. You'll also be responsible for helping to onboard and train new technicians and consistently assess and improve workflows.
You're Good At
- Troubleshooting Windows Server, Exchange, and other advanced technologies
- Being proactive in your job responsibilities and thinking outside the box
- Following documented procedures and diagnostic steps
- Providing instruction and guidance to fellow technicians
- Writing clear (correct spelling/grammar) and succinct job notes
- Simplifying technical jargon when speaking with customers and maintaining a professional appearance and manner
- Self-managing your time between multiple task and assignments
You Will Need To Have
- Windows server experience: 2 years
- Computer networking experience: 2 years
- A and Network certification
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and good driving record
You Should Know
- This role is office based Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with frequent field work at customer locations
- This role requires occasional overtime
- Technicians are placed on a rotating on-call schedule
