Graphic Artist Entry Level

Rose Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C. seeks an enthusiastic, innovative Entry-Level Graphic Artist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our marketing and promotional initiatives. This position involves working alongside our marketing department to produce high-quality, engaging illustrations, logos, layouts, and artwork that represent the Rose Commercial brand effectively while resonating with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Create and design various marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, banners, social media graphics, signage, and real estate property flyers to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Work efficiently in various graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite to generate high-quality output.
• Implement feedback from the marketing team and adapt designs according to changing specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop design concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand identity.
• Assist with website design and management, including updates, revisions, and performance improvements.
• Establish an organized system for archiving images and graphics, ensuring easy access by the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 1 year) in graphic design, or a related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and originality.
• Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other visual design tools.
• Possess an eye for aesthetics and minute details, layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines even under pressure.
