Key Responsibilities
Production Optimization: Monitor daily well performance, gather detailed insights from lease operators, troubleshoot wells off trend, identify equipment failures & bottlenecks, both downhole & surface, and implement solutions to maximize oil recovery and manage associated gas production.
Midstream Operations: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain rental compressor systems and pipeline infrastructure, ensuring reliable gas delivery to wells for lifting of oil & to the sales market while minimizing losses & imbalances.
Artificial Lift Management: Optimize, troubleshoot, & maintain gas-lift & rod-lift (pump jack) systems to ensure reliable performance for efficient oil recovery.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee and/or perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment, including pumps, control valves, separators, compressors, and pump jacks, minimizing downtime.
