Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages, coffee drinks, and light food items following established recipes and food safety standards.
- Process retail sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage beverage service and drink presentation to uphold quality standards.
