DE Relief Lineperson Processing Location 52989 N 68th St, Bouse, AZ, 85325, undefined Job Category Processing Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Relief Grader Lineperson fills in and/or assists the Grader Lineperson. When not performing lineperson duties, this person will be required to perform other general labor duties on the grader area. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure that all cases processed through the grader are stacked properly for transport to the cooler Obtain the correct amount of cartons as needed Monitor and ensure adequate maintenance of the tape machine on the grader. Place packaged eggs into properly labeled boxes Check for quality Classify egg grades Work the candling booth. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Forklift and/or Pallet Jack experience preferred. Capable of working weekend shifts and maintaining a flexible schedule. Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job. Ability to regularly lift up up to 50 lbs. Possess the ability to monitor all cases that are coming off the grader for being sealed and labeled properly. Ability to operate Rose Acre machinery (skid loaders etc.) in a safe manner that ensures the safety of not only the operator but also all employees around him. Ability to remain standing and/or walking for long periods of time on concrete floors. Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift frequently. Must possess the ability to use hands in a repetitive manner, standing in one place for extended periods of time and lifting heavy items high in the air repetitively. Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's safety, employment, and GMP policies including working in a 100% smoke-free environment. Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must possess the ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas each varying in temperature, and other environment specific atmospheres. Must be willing and able to work past the scheduled leave time to complete the job, if needed. Must possess the ability to work in an open office setting. Must maintain professionalism with coworkers.
