What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver - Local to Arizona position at ROSE ACRE FARMS INC?
Route Sales: Local area delivery driver; possibility of some over-the-road (OTR) deliveries; possibility of overnight/weekend deliveries.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list)
- Responsible for making delivery runs, completing the necessary paperwork for each load, and assuring the truck is operating safely and properly
- Responsible for completing pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections
- Required to maintain daily logs
- Some physical labor for loading/unloading may be required
- Responsible for maintaining the truck in good working order (general maintenance, checking oil, and other fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.); should major repairs or maintenance be required, responsible for reporting it to the management on site
- Any other duties assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- CDL class A is required.
- Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
