Roscoe Laircey is hiring for a Service Manager to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, team player to join our team with at least 5 years of experience in Residential and Commercial HVAC.
Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be EPA certified.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Manage and train service technicians, enhancing their skills in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Review and interpret schematics and HVAC designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
