Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and career-driven individual to join our inside sales support team. In this position, you will be responsible for interfacing with Rosco internal and external customers and be focused on Rosco's industry leading Dual-Vision in cab video recorder hardware as supported by the RoscoLive cloud. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are critical, and high competency in Excel, Word, and other MS Suite products is a must. Experience with ERP, CRM, and DocuSign processes will be a plus in this role.
Compensation Range - $55,000 - $65,000 annual base salary plus bonus opportunity

Primary Responsibilities
- Supports sales of Rosco's family of products in a manner that maximizes revenue, meets operational velocity requirements, and addresses the direction of key accounts assigned
- Suggests new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
- Frequent meetings with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain positive working channels between sales, product innovation, and manufacturing
- Plans for the achievement of individual targets in alignment with business strategy and company policies
- Capable of working with Rosco regional sales managers and NY based national sales managers to bring opportunities, collaborate on projects, and close sales pertaining to the key accounts sales objectives.
Education Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s or equivalent years of experience
Project Management proficiency
Proficiency with the following software systems: MS Office Suites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
5 to 10 years of experience in inside sales or sales support
Physical Requirements

☒ Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time.
