Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing restaurant operations, including staff management and customer satisfaction. - Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent service and uphold Rosati’s high standards. - Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control. - Handling scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for team members. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Manager who can bring leadership, organization, and a passion for excellence to our team.
