Dog-friendly offices.Compensation:$115,000 - $160,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Class Action and PAGA matters: handle litigation from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, and motion workTrial and Trial preparation: prepare for and attend trial as necessaryLegal Research: Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliantClient Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutionsNegotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectivelyQualifications:Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clientsCompletion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law schoolCandidates must have passed the CALIFORNIA bar examMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbout CompanyRosasco Law Group APC is a boutique defense law firm in Rocklin, California.
