Compensation: $19-$21/hr. tips

Schedule: MUST BE AVAILABLE Thursdays and Fridays 10:30 am-7:00 pm, with some flexibility of opening and closing shifts on other days.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and guest-focused Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Rosalind Bakery. This role is all about working with the team to create a warm, efficient, and welcoming environment—for both our guests and each other. You will oversee

What You’ll Do:

· Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

· Train staff about bakery products and job-related skills

· Work barista, counter, runner stations, as needed

· Help with inventory and product counts

· Resolve potential customer or staff issues

· Ensure employee breaks happen and additional supervisorial duties

What Makes You a Good Fit:

· You enjoy learning about food and your enthusiasm is palpable to guests

· You have natural leadership qualities and can help guide your team

· You’re able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
