Server/Bartender – Rosalie (Wayne, PA)
Rosalie is seeking a Server/Bartender who will work in both roles within the restaurant. We are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests.

Position Overview
At Rosalie, our servers and bartenders welcome guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace. This role requires someone who can seamlessly transition between the floor and the bar while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.

Skills & Requirements
- Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude
- Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality
- Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
- Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items and the beverage program
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills
- Possess knowledge of both classic and creative cocktails
- Ability to interpret guest preferences and craft a drink to match
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Ability to change a keg
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 4 shifts per week required
Compensation & Benefits
- Average $60-80 per lunch shift
- Average $100–$150 per brunch shift
- Average $150–$250 per dinner shift
