Responsibilities

- Support agents in preparing contracts, disclosures, and legal documents in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct market research to provide insights on property values, neighborhood trends, and competitive listings.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing paperwork, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between clients and team members through clear, professional dialogue in multiple languages if applicable.
