Seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide integrated psychological services in a community health setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess and diagnose mental health conditions, and develop tailored, evidence-based interventions.
- Facilitate same-day and crisis services, coordinate care with community resources, and document progress accurately.
- Participate in quality improvement, maintain licensure, and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and community-based locations, to enhance patient access.
- Qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant field, current California LMFT license, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
