Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter & Parts Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting customers, vehicles, and parts efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Transportation:

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner.

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.

• Assist with vehicle movement around the dealership, including parking, retrieving, and organizing inventory.

• Deliver and pick up automotive parts from vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed.

 • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies while driving.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with transportation needs.

• Ensure a comfortable and safe ride for customers during shuttle services.

• Represent the dealership professionally while interacting with clients and vendors.

• Handle any customer inquiries regarding transportation services in a friendly manner.

General Duties:

• Keep the service drive and lot organized and clean by moving vehicles as necessary.

 • Assist service advisors and parts staff with various tasks as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle and dealership lot.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues with vehicles promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent driving skills with knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
