What You'll Do
- We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
- Know the menu inside and out — and make recommendations that wow
- Deliver food and drinks with energy, warmth, and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and jump in before they even have to ask
- Communicate with the kitchen to make sure every dish shines
- Handle payments and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
- Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications
- Serving Experience: 1 year preferred
- Proficient technical skills ex. POS systems
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
- High School Degree or GED required
