Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

· Place outbound calls using a predictive dialer system.

· Follow standardized scripts to conduct surveys and record responses.

· Record responses accurately in digital systems.

· Maintain respondent confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.

· Meet daily and weekly productivity goals (e.g., completed surveys).

· Handle refusals and objections professionally and respectfully.

Required Skills

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or telephone interviewing role.

· Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

· Basic computer proficiency and typing accuracy.

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

· Prior call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
