Job Summary

- Build, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualification and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of progressive sales experience in market research industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the US market.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel across the US or internationally as required.
