What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Case Manager position at ROS Law Group?
About ROS:
ROS Law Group is a national law firm that handles ERISA subrogation matters throughout the country. In fact, ROS handled two US Supreme Court cases in 2002 and 2006. Currently, the firm has three types of legal case managers: legal case manager/investigator, legal case manager/analyst, and legal case manager/firm litigation assistant. Each of our three legal case manager roles operates under the guidance of one of our attorneys, providing valuable hands-on legal experience as they handle daily casework and craft legal arguments using the tools and knowledge imparted by our exceptional training program. Working at ROS offers an extraordinary learning opportunity for any individual considering the possibility of attending law school in the distant future or for anyone that is interested in working in the legal field.
Our Culture:
Our firm prides itself on offering a culture of work independence, employee appreciation, growth opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance. On top of our unique work culture, we also offer benefits that are not matched by our competitors such as casual work attire, 401(k) match, healthcare coverage for individuals or families, and a flexible work schedule.
For example, our flexible work schedule allows our employees to work on their own time rather than your average 8-5 job. This also allows our team members the freedom of a healthy work-life balance which is of the utmost importance to us here at ROS. We also offer an in-depth training course to make sure that all of our new employees are prepared for the position and all that it entails. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and valued as part of the ROS team.
