We are looking for our next Supply Scheduler within our Supply Chain team. The Supply Scheduler is primarily responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication of order status, maintain inventory accuracy and supply, conduct daily production scheduling/replenishment in line with S&OP and customer needs.
This position is located in Geneva, IL.
Compensation:
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $82,995 - $110,007. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do:
- Create and update production schedule/replenishment planning weekly within defined horizon
- Review production and inventory schedules to plan accurate product allocations.
- Monitor and analyze production KPI metrics to identify problems and drive solutions
- Allocate finished goods materials to customer orders
- Maintain sufficient inventory at all storage locations with 100% inventory accuracy (storage to system)
- Maintain sufficient packaged inventories to support inventory targets and customer needs
- Ensure data integrity within all tools and systems
- Provide analysis and recommendations in support of SKU rationalization processes
- Recommend and manage to material code inventory min/ max levels
- Provide decision support and identify imbalances with demand/ capacity information from a 30 day perspective
- Assign carriers to customer shipments when covering assigned lines
- Participate in any inventory cycle or full physical counts each year
- Ability to work off hours if needed to support Shipping activities (truck receiving/shipping, customer service, after hours 3499 incident calls)
- Ensure clear understanding, agreement, and communication of all plans
- Timely and accurate communication of supply activities to support and within the S&OP process
- Maintain sufficient raw material inventories to support production needs
- Support and participate in projects cross-functionally
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/finance/accounting or related business field
- 1-2 years planning/scheduling or equivalent experience
- Understanding of product and process cost structures in making informed planning decisions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- This is a full-time position.
