The Role:

We are looking for our next Sr Supply Scheduler within our Supply Chain Supply Scheduling Team. The Sr. Supply Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication of order status, maintaining inventory accuracy and supply, conducting daily production scheduling/replenishment in line with S&OP and customer needs. The position is also responsible for development of and adherence to supply scheduling processes and communication/analyses of key supply planning KPI's

This position is located Keokuk, IA.

Compensation:

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $88,065 - $119,200. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do:

• Create and update production schedule/replenishment planning weekly within defined horizon
• Review production and inventory schedules to plan accurate product allocations.
• Monitor and analyze production KPI metrics to identify problems and drive solutions
• Allocate finished goods materials to customer orders
• Maintain sufficient inventory at all storage locations with 100% inventory accuracy (storage to system)
• Maintain sufficient packaged inventories to support inventory targets and customer needs
• Ensure data integrity within all tools and systems
• Provide analysis and recommendations in support of SKU rationalization processes
• Recommend and manage to material code inventory min/ max levels
• Provide decision support and identify imbalances with demand/ capacity information from a 30 day perspective
• Assign carriers to customer shipments when covering assigned lines
• Participate in any inventory cycle or full physical counts each year
• Develop supply planning processes to optimize inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Audit adherence to and report out of supply planning processes
• Analyze and communicate on key supply planning KPI's
• Represent supply scheduling in cross functional projects
• Determine the best methods to communicate and continually adapt as needs change

What You'll Need:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in supply planning/scheduling
• Demonstrated understanding of product and process cost structures in making informed planning decisions
• Demonstrated inventory management experience, including determining stock level targets and management of obsolete inventory
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude with math and statistics
• Strong problem solving, innovative, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)

Work Environment

• This role could spend up to 30% of their time in the manufacturing environment

Position Type/40 hours/week

• This is a full-time position. Days and flexible hours of work are required to meet facility demands.
