We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! This individual will play an important role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, delivery schedules, and customer needs.
- Enter and process orders accurately, verifying product information, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, contractors, project managers, and other key contacts.
- Coordinate with installation teams to confirm job requirements and project details.
- Work closely with production, shipping, and other departments to help ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects while meeting customer deadlines.
- Coordinate freight shipments by calculating pallet weights and dimensions and communicating with freight providers.
- Follow up on account status and payment information in coordination with the accounts receivable department.
- Help resolve customer concerns and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.
