What You’ll Do:
- Assist with home remodeling projects: trim, paint, drywall, flooring, tile, cleanup
- Set up and break down job sites
- Load/unload tools and materials
- Learn directly from skilled tradesmen
- Help maintain a clean, respectful, and professional work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active all day
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to wear a clean Roper uniform shirt each day (provided)
Drug & alcohol screening is required.
Background checks will be performed prior to hiring.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting at $18/hour (more with experience)
- Raises at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance and reliability
- Paid holidays off
- Local work only — no overnight travel
