What You’ll Do
- Initiate face-to-face conversations with homeowners to create interest in Roov’s services and create qualified roof inspections
- Build rapport and have meaningful conversations with homeowners
- Schedule appointments for our inspection team
- Maintain accurate notes and appointments in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- No prior sales experience required—training provided
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Leadership Growth Opportunities
Top performers will be eligible for leadership roles, with responsibilities such as:
- Mentoring and training new sales reps
- Leading small teams in the field
- Assisting with sales strategy and goal setting
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (afternoons to evenings)
- Combination of in-field work, follow-ups, and in-person prospecting
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15/hour
- Earn commission of the contracted revenue on every appointment you make that closes
- Uncapped income potential: $35,000–$75,000/year or more based on performance
