You’ll be supported by:
- A consistent team of long-term RVTs, assistants, and receptionists
- 5–6 support staff per veterinarian
- A collaborative team culture (together for 3 years)

We currently have two full-time veterinarians, with our owner rotating between part-time and full-time coverage to support flexible scheduling and balanced workloads.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and preventive care for pets.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options and care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in continuing education and stay updated on veterinary practices.
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care as needed.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
Requirements:
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Bonus if you have a focus in dental work.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality veterinary care.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including rotating Saturdays.
- Passion for animal welfare and client education.
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 (Based on 18–27 hours per week)
