- Create audience segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks.
- Manage subscriber data, consent, and preference centers.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and marketing teams.
