Business Analyst with good experience working in Commercial Banking - Bridgewater, New Jersey (NJ)

Our Client is seeking Business Analyst with good experiences working in Commercial Banking (Cash management) subdomains mentioned below. Product Owner capabilities will be an added advantage.

Location- Bridgewater, New Jersey (NJ)

As a Lead consultant, you will lead the consulting team to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 12-15 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Experiences

• Minimum 12-15 years' experience as Business Analyst in the commercial Banking / Digital applications.
• Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on the business cash conversion cycle, working capital management and internal processes to develop Payment business.
• Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for Commercial Treasury & Digital platform
• In collaboration with Business Banking Relationship Managers, manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts and to expand existing business.
• Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, and provide expert guidance on Treasury and Cash Management best practices, specifically within the commercial treasury suite of application.
• Provide expert advice on treasury management processes, cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management, utilizing the capabilities across Commercial Banking Cash Management portfolio.
• Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses for identified client and prospective client relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking / Cash mgmt. across various sub domains of cash management like:
  • Receivables-Invoicing, collection, Electronic fund transfer
  • Payables-Reconciliation & reporting, Fraud prevention, Funding, Cash vault, Payment initiation
  • Liquidity management- Cash concentration services, Zero balance accounting, Sweep accounts
• Strong understanding of online banking, online account opening, open banking architecture and reusable API's which shall be used across digital channels.
• Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses
• Highly articulating to communicate at leadership level.
• Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process
• Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques.
• Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions
• Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity
• At least 8 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
