Bring your skills to families who need consistent care in Leesburg and Lovettsville. We are hiring caring, reliable Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians for a concentrated Loudoun-area caseload with substantial weekly service needs.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Build a locally focused schedule serving clients in northern and western Loudoun County. Current demand is strongest in afternoon and early-evening hours, with some flexibility for Friday and Saturday coverage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver one-to-one behavioral services according to individualized plans
- Reinforce communication, independence, daily living, and learning goals
- Record accurate data and complete documentation on time
- Partner closely with BCBAs and families while maintaining professional boundaries
- Provide consistent attendance and proactive communication
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BTs and RBTs who are comfortable traveling within the Leesburg–Lovettsville corridor and can commit to stable afternoon schedules. Candidates based near Leesburg, Lovettsville, Berryville, or surrounding communities are especially encouraged to apply.
