Roots Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities and RV resorts throughout the US. We are currently seeking a part-time housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to clean and get rental home units in a mobile home community ready for the next tenant. This candidate will also be responsible for cleaning common areas and the clubhouse.

Responsibilities will include:
- Clean and tidy rental units in preparation for the next tenant to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Clean and tidy common areas and the clubhouse. (Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning windows, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and kitchen appliances)
- Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Other tasks as needed or assigned by management
Skills:
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Schedule: The work schedule and availability for emergency on-call duty may vary depending on the specific location/community.
