The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our MHC Investment Platform team. This role will focus on developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, sellers, and joint-venture partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal groups to provide full disclosure of new opportunities and solicit feedback on key underwriting assumptions.
- Assist with all due diligence relating to new investments, including the review of business plans, third party reports, title/survey, historical financial statements, leases, vendor contracts, and market research.
- Lead disposition efforts for capital partners
- Successfully complete ad hoc requests with a high level of accuracy and presentation.
- Successfully juggle multiple projects and meet key deadlines.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
