Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and social interaction
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and consistent discipline strategies
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through personalized attention and guidance
- Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other subject areas into daily lessons to promote well-rounded growth
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and Early Education best practices.
Experience
- Must Have Early Education and Care (EEC) Preschool Certification. A copy of certificate is necessary at interview.
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool and toddler-aged children in a childcare or private school setting
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education
