Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to assigned program coordinators in matters relating to personnel, finance, and administrative activities.
- Provide oversight to program coordinators in community outreach activities and events while maintaining related relationships with community-based and neighborhood organizations.

- Assist program coordinators to develop, manage, and track budgets and spending.
- Assist program coordinators in the development of reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly to ensure effective compliance with established standards, contracted goals, and objectives.
- Make and recommend personnel decisions, including but not limited to promotion, transfer, and assignment of staff , and imposition of discipline.
- Provide timely and high-quality completion of all program deliverables.
- Use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions affecting the department and staff .
- Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely fashion, as required by contract guidelines.
- Support planning, implementation, and coordination of Medi-Cal and non-Medi-Cal programs and activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, agency meetings, and staff training.
- Ability to work both on site and in the field.
Competencies:
- A bachelor's degree in public health, business administration, public administration, social work, or a related field or relevant experience required.
- Prior experience in program management, evaluation, project management, team management, community health planning, community organizing, and providing technical assistance.
- Experience conducting community outreach, community organizing, or working with community residents is preferred.
- Experience working in a nonprofit t organization or community clinic preferred.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. ? Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Valid California Driver License with a safe driving record.
- Computer competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to think quickly, assess a situation, and make a sound decision.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
- High level of ethics and personal integrity to work with confidential information.
- Must be able to work on-site full-time.
