You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Candidates with have 3 years plus working in a Trade Field (Plumbing, HVAC, Drain Cleaning, Electrical, Construction, etc

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Update customers about their service
- Dispatch techs to services calls throughout their day all day long.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Use House Call Pro software to create tickets for jobs
- Excellent computer and organizational skill
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Dispatching in the Trade Field, customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to handle heavy call volume
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent Organizing skills.
- Will have 4 years of Dispatching technician in a high volume customer service field
- Will have excellent phone skills dealing with the public
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advance Computer, internet and typing skills
- Will be able to leads the tech through their work
- Will have the ability to up sell service call.

Salary : $23 - $26
