Account Payables and Receivable Clerk

Rooterman Hartford Company has an opening for an "Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk" in our construction service business on site in our Newington Office. This Job is using QUCKBOOKS SOFTWARD. This is a MUST HAVE SKILL FOR THIS JOB TO WORK ONSITE in Newington.

The environment is a very fast pace Plumbing, HVAC and Drain Cleaning. We have been in business 47 years and only hire the best fit for the job with great skills. Daily reporting of financials to Owner and all of staff with tasks of billing on paper records.

Job Duties: Must process bills and send invoices to clients via email ETC for good and services. Must efficiently Track of good and services sold on credit, acting as a current asset on the balance sheet, crucial for cash flow management is tracks unpaid invoices (A/R and A/P receivable function). Efficient AR management involves invoicing and tracking, and collecting funds, ensuring the company is getting paid and staying health. Will be effective in AP management and AP Reporting is a MUST HAVE SKILL.

Also, will be responsible for invoicing customer via email, paper mails and calling customers and supply houses we do business to collect our money. Candidates will have 4 or more years experience in Construction field, doing the Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk role.
