Key Responsibilities

Precision Mowing: Operate commercial mowers, edgers, and weed eaters to maintain high-end curb appeal.

Property Maintenance: Perform general landscape labor, including debris cleanup and site detailing.

Equipment Care: Use and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently.

Teamwork: Follow the crew leader’s instructions and stay on track with the daily job schedule to ensure every property is finished to "Royal" standards.

Logistics: Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the shop and job sites.
What We’re Looking For

Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and ready to work when the sun comes up.

Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting, bending, and performing manual labor in various Missouri weather conditions.

Positive Attitude: You work well with others and take pride in your work.

Experience: Prior landscaping or mowing experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic!
Salary : $17 - $20
