Office Administrator & Customer Service Rep
Archway is a premier landscaping company serving the St. Louis, MO area. We take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, but we know that a beautiful lawn starts with a well-run office. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and friendly Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our daily operations.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our crews are where they need to be and our customers are happy with their Archway experience.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service/Communication: Communicate directly with customers via phone and in person. You’ll answer questions, provide service information, and resolve any issues with a helpful, positive attitude.

Logistics & Scheduling: Manage the calendar for our landscaping services, ensuring efficient routing for our field crews and confirming appointments with homeowners.

Financial Administration: Handle collections by professionally following up on outstanding invoices and processing customer payments accurately.

Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly, ensuring no lead or question goes unanswered.

Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records, service logs, and internal communication notes.

Team Liaison: Act as the bridge between the office and our field crews, providing real-time updates and coordinating schedule changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (Note: This is a full-time role)

Pay Range: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience).
