**Physical Therapist (1099 Contractor)**
Rooted Women's Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. We provide individualized care with an emphasis on pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, and functional wellness.
This is a flexible 1099 contractor position ideal for a clinician looking to build a caseload while maintaining autonomy over their schedule.
**Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for pelvic health and orthopedic conditions
- Complete timely documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Educate patients on self-management strategies and home exercise programs
- Maintain compliance with all state licensure and professional standards
**Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Interest or experience in pelvic health preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
- Professional liability insurance
