This full-time role as an Irrigation Installation Crew Leader is an on-site position located in Gardner, KS. The Crew Leader will oversee and assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising a team, managing equipment and supplies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring proper water distribution, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

- Understanding of landscape and irrigation design principles is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Gardner, KS
