```Duties```
- Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential and commercial properties
- Use power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve drain issues
- Assemble, build, and install plumbing
- Conduct inspections to identify blockages, leaks, or other plumbing problems
- Utilize appropriate equipment and techniques to clear drains and restore proper flow
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to drain cleaning and repair
- Strong carpentry skills for assembling and building plumbing systems
- Knowledge of plumbing schematics and construction plumbing standards
- Ability to plumb, assemble, and install various types of pipes, fixtures, and fittings
- Familiarity with different drain cleaning techniques and methods
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving drain issues
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
**Pay will be commission based of 30% of all jobs after training.
