What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Greeter position at ROOT Periodontal and Implant Centers?
As Patient Greeter, you will ensure patients are greeted with a warm welcome to the ROOT location and provide exceptional patient experience. You will be responsible for working with patients to schedule future appointments, introduce membership plans, check-out patients, and support the Team Leader to be prepare for the next day.
Office Administration: Manage scheduling, organization, and patient experience with patients. Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked in the front office.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, and process payments.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Patient Greeter in a dental environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and staff.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of CareStack highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to keep doctors and hygienists on track to daily schedules.
