Our organization is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical sterilization and be able to maintain a safe and clean environment. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for operating sterilization equipment, ensuring that all instruments are properly cleaned and disinfected, and maintaining accurate records of sterilization processes. Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and procedures for sterilization.
- Process dental instruments and patient care items through the sterilization process safely and efficiently.
- Maintain sterilization equipment, following manufacture maintenance guidelines and intervals.
- Turn over operatories, transporting dirty instruments to the sterilization area for processing.
- Set up treatment rooms for the next patient procedure.
- Maintain records of sterilization processes.
- Ensure that all instruments are properly labeled and stored after sterilization.
- Perform quality control checks on sterilized instruments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with ordering of clinical supplies.
- Help dental assistants, doctors, and front desk staff when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
