About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager with experience in a creative marketing agency environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing strategy, creativity, and logistics — leading diverse projects such as video productions, branding and graphic design initiatives, and website development from concept to completion. You’ll serve as the main client contact, guiding both creative and operational processes to ensure projects meet Root’s high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations & Executive Decision-Making: Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor. Make creative and strategic decisions that align with project goals and the agency’s vision.
- Project Leadership: Lead project briefs, client meetings, timelines, and budgets across multiple creative disciplines — including video, design, and web. Ensure clear communication, direction, and accountability for all team members.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Apply your marketing expertise to ensure all deliverables align with client objectives, brand consistency, and storytelling quality.
- Team Coordination & Oversight: Manage internal team members and contractors, developing shot lists, production schedules, and workflows that maintain accuracy and momentum across projects.
- Quality Control: Review all final deliverables before client submission, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and creative excellence.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of project or account management experience within a creative or marketing agency
- Strong understanding of video production, graphic design, and web development processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and creative teams simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and modern creative workflows
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align client goals with agency vision
