We are seeking a highly skilled METRC / Inventory Specialist to join our team in Lake Elsinore, CA. Duties
- Manage and maintain METRC compliance and inventory tracking systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Perform demand planning and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess.
- Support logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on category management, merchandising, and supplier management efforts.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary for materials handling within warehouse environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control roles.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems METRC & Distru
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and compliance documentation.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting when required within warehouse settings.
- Relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related fields is preferred. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance within our supply chain processes.
