What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Roosterspin?

Located in New Brunswick, N.J., Roosterspin is the second location of the original Roosterspin in Westfield, N.J. It features its signature Always Double Fried® Chicken, authentic Korean fare, karaoke rooms and live DJ performances. Roosterspin’s industrial-chic atmosphere is accented with 7,000 vintage jazz, rock and pop LPs.
As a Roosterspin bartender you will be trained in the art of craft cocktail bartending. With more than a dozen signature recipes you will gain extensive experience in learning not only how to make each cocktail but how to properly build and create your own!
Main responsibilities include:
Greeting bar guests quickly
Providing a fun, friendly and welcoming experience for every guest.
Setting up and breaking down the bar for each shift.
Replenishing home made syrups and garnishes as needed.
The ability to learn and follow a recipe sheet accurately and neatly.
The ability to multi task in a fast paced bar and restaurant environment while maintaining composure at all times.
Must possess or be able to possess a current NJ on Premise TIPS certification within 30 days of hire.
