Responsibilities
Performing men’s haircuts and grooming needs- providing individual, high quality services, customized to each client’s needs and preferences.

Detailed Consultations: actively listen, and communicate effectively to ensure results are delivered upon initial visit.

Effective Communication: ability to provide solutions to clients grooming challenges in a thoughtful manner. Recommending our professional grooming products to enhance his overall look.

Customer Service- creating a positive experience that involves building relationships, understanding the clients needs and preferences & providing personalized solutions to their grooming needs.

Maintain Sanitation Standards in accordance with the Cosmetology and Barber board.

Qualifications:

Commitment to Roosters Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, and Humility

Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber in the state of Ohio

Salon Experience- minimum of 3 years in men’s grooming

Exceptional Customer Service Skills: ability to adapt and connect with a variety of personalities to create trust & build loyalty

Team Player- ability to work well with others

Professionalism- Conducts oneself with responsibility, integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Flexibility- ability to work some weekends

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
