The Role
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and highly motivated individual to join RoosterBio’s Operations team as a Supply Chain Associate I. This role supports a broad range of activities: purchase order placement, material receipt, material storage and distribution, inventory management, and shipping of RoosterBio products. These responsibilities are essential to ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a collaborative team member who is eager to assume increasing responsibility as RoosterBio continues its rapid growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage and inventory tracking of incoming materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of material requests for internal orders and outgoing shipments.
- Create or update appropriate SOPs in accordance with new or changing policies, regulations, or laws.
- Ensure all applicable Quality requirements are met and deviation reports and corrective actions for the area are completed on time.
- Ensure proper documentation in support of domestic and international shipments
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized work area.
Desired Skills / Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma with 2 years of experience or Bachelors in biological/biochemical sciences/engineering, or biotechnology, with 0-2 years of industry experience.
- Accepts personal accountability and responsibility for producing results.
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism at the workplace.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S.
