We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality and customer care
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, reservation handling, and guest relations
- Train, mentor, and develop team members in food service techniques, customer engagement, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health regulations and safety standards
Experience
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment—preferably with casual dining or fine dining backgrounds
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively, including interviewing, training & development, and performance management
- Strong background in hospitality management with skills in budgeting, inventory control, and shift scheduling
- Experience in food industry operations such as catering, banquets, or bar service is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
