Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with residents' families when required
Collect lab samples as ordered
Adapt to residents' changing needs
Requirements:
Active RN license in Vermont, New York, or Massachusetts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work within a team
Understanding of confidentiality and nursing best practices
EMR experience required (PointClickCare a plus)
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
